Just enjoying the view

37x37 cm framed

acrylic ink on board

£300

I spent hours getting the right tones for the foliage on this lovely tree. Its such a magnificent specimen growing so proudly in the provencal sunshine. Having done justice to the tree I then needed to paint a background which set it off well. I am very pleased with the result.
